Eligibility Criteria
Who qualifies for the Sparrow SMME Support program.
- Registered South African SMME (Pty Ltd, CC, Co-op, or sole proprietor with valid CIPC documentation)
- Operating for at least 6 months OR pre-revenue with a viable business concept
- Annual turnover below R220 million (aligned with National Small Enterprise Act thresholds)
- Majority South African ownership preferred; B-BBEE alignment a plus
- Demonstrated commitment to growth, employment creation, and capacity building
